SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

DELIVERY POLICY

Apex Locksmiths offer only a delivery service with all goods purchased on our website using courier services. The processing of orders and all deliveries are made Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Apex Locksmiths will deliver to addresses around Australia. Our delivery times to Metro areas are between 3-5 business days for all stocked items, for any urgent deliveries please contact us.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, in addition to your rights as a consumer under the Competition and Consumer Act and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations, you may also be eligible to return the item for a refund.

Any damage or loss becomes the responsibility of the purchaser once the goods leave the premises.

(a) if your product remains boxed and unopened you may contact our Customer Service Team within 30 days of delivery to arrange for it to be collected and receive a full refund provided the customer pays the initial delivery fee, the return delivery fee, and a 20% restocking fee. 

We will not accept for return any product that has been used or installed or where you have attempted to install it, or if your product is custom-made or is a special buy product. Please note, any product that is on special, is not eligible for a refund.

If you are entitled to a refund, we will only give you the refund once we have received the product at our warehouse and inspected it and assessed whether it is eligible for a refund under these Conditions of Sale. Any refund we make will be by the same payment method used to purchase the product.

To return an item, please email us at [email protected] or call (02) 95694807, Monday – Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm. Returns are subject to Apex Locksmiths Terms and Conditions. The item must be returned in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. Please note that returning your item in according to this policy.

REFUNDS METHOD

Once you’ve submitted your return request, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your return details. Our carrier will contact you within two (2) business days to arrange collection. Please use the original packaging. Once we receive the item(s) we’ll process the return, issue a refund, and send you a return receipt confirmation email.

Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s) at Apex Locksmiths. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five (5) business days of receipt of the returned package. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. For cheque/money order/ direct deposit / PayPal payments, you will need to provide us with your bank details, please allow up to 10 days for Apex Locksmiths to post the refund to your account.
